How people opt in to our texts

Tiepost sends one kind of text: a one-time verification code, to a number the person typed in themselves, after they tapped a button asking for it. This page shows exactly what they see.

The screen

In the Tiepost app, a driver opens Account → Your details and phone and enters their own number. The consent wording sits directly under the button that sends the message:

“By tapping Send me a code you agree to receive a one-time verification text from Tiepost at this number. Message and data rates may apply. One message per request; reply STOP to opt out.”

What we send

123456 is your Tiepost code. It expires in 10 minutes.

What we do not send

No marketing texts. Ever.
No recurring messages. One message per request the person made.
No sharing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own marketing — see the privacy policy.
